These terms apply to the Hot Bundles Shopify app (the "App") and the website hotbundles.net, provided by Momo Digitals ("we", "us" or "our"). By installing or using the App you agree to these terms and to the Shopify Terms of Service.
1. The service
The App lets you create bundle offers, such as quantity breaks, buy X get Y deals, mix and match packs, free gifts and upsells, show them on your Shopify storefront and apply the matching discounts automatically. We may improve, change or remove features over time.
2. Plans, trial and billing
- Every plan starts with a 7 day free trial. Plans are billed every 30 days in US dollars through your Shopify invoice.
- Plans are based on the revenue your bundles add each month. If you go over your plan's limit, we may ask you to move to a plan that fits.
- You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the Plan page in the App, or by uninstalling it. Shopify handles charges, credits and refunds under its billing rules.
3. Your responsibilities
- You decide the prices, discounts and wording of your bundles, and you are responsible for them, including taxes and any consumer law that applies to your offers.
- Check your bundles in the preview and on your store before you publish them.
- Do not use the App to break the law, to mislead customers, or to interfere with the App or Shopify.
4. Your data
You own your store data and the content you create in the App. We use it only to run the App, as described in our privacy policy.
5. Our property
The App, this website and their design, code and brand belong to Momo Digitals. You may use the App for your store while you have it installed; you may not copy, resell or reverse engineer it.
6. Availability
We work to keep the App running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. The App depends on Shopify and on your theme, which can change without notice.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the three months before the claim.
8. Ending the service
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we stop offering the App, with notice where we reasonably can. After uninstall, your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and for significant changes we will notify merchants in the App or by email.
